We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with an expanding company.This is much more than simply answering phones. You will coordinate technicians, assist customers, manage live roadside service calls, solve problems, and keep operations running efficiently throughout the day.## Compensation* Starting pay: $14.00 per hour* $4 performance bonus for every completed (closed) job* Top dispatchers routinely earn $20–$26+ per hour* Daily pay available for qualified candidates* Weekly payouts* Performance raises available* Advancement into Lead Dispatch and Operations Management## Schedule* Primary shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM* Evening and after-hours coverage preferred when needed* Full-time applicants are preferred## Responsibilities* Answer incoming customer calls professionally* Maintain a 97% or higher call answer rate* Dispatch roadside technicians quickly and efficiently* Coordinate multiple active service calls simultaneously* Provide customers with accurate updates and ETAs* Process customer payments* Schedule and communicate with field technicians* Resolve customer concerns professionally* Close completed jobs accurately* Keep detailed records within dispatch software* Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call## Qualifications* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Strong multitasking abilities* Ability to remain calm under pressure* Self-motivated and dependable* Strong computer and typing skills* Comfortable learning dispatch software* Quiet, professional home office* Reliable high-speed internet* Computer or laptop (dual monitors are a plus)* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision## Preferred Experience* Roadside assistance dispatch* Towing dispatch* Transportation or logistics dispatch* Automotive service industry* Customer service or call center experience## Why Join All Hours Roadside?We're building one of the largest independent roadside assistance networks in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and are looking for team members who want more than just a job.Our dispatchers are the backbone of our operation.
