Providing ongoing, personalized support to patients throughout their health and wellness journey, the part-time hourly Wellness Coach will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, offer non-clinical guidance, and help patients maintain progress remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct scheduled wellness coaching sessions, averaging six sessions per day Support patients from onboarding through goal achievement and long-term maintenance Provide personalized recommendations related to nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness Required qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills to build trust with patients Ability to provide individualized wellness guidance within a non-clinical scope Experience in wellness coaching, health coaching, or similar patient-facing roles Proficiency with digital documentation platforms and spreadsheets Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patient sessions
