At MSA Home Health - Coastal , a division of Medical Services of America Inc., we’re committed to expanding access to quality home health care. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Full-Time Account Executive to join our team in Charleston, Berkeley, & Dorchester, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and directs telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain and order medical/office supplies.
• Participates in the pre-billing process along with the Office and Clinical Managers.
• Works in conjunction with Medical Records Indexer and Marketing staff to facilitate obtaining signed orders and meet agency goals.
• Ensures medical records are scanned into the document imaging software timely, up to date and accurately organized per agency policy.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Three months related experience preferred.
