HR Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $22-$25/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Recruiting Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate interaction, scheduling, and helping create an outstanding hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track applicant activity within the ATS
• Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• Post and manage job advertisements
• Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate recruiting reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ATS systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
