This position involves operating a curtainside trailer to transport products safely and efficiently while following company policies, DOT guidelines, and applicable traffic laws. Pay & Schedule Details $0.49 per mile plus stop, layover, and detention pay Estimated weekly gross pay of $1,500 Home twice per week 40 hours per week Temporary-to-permanent employment opportunity Job Details Route Type: Regional Freight: Products delivered to customers Equipment: Curtainside trailer Handling: Light touch; strap and secure cargo after deliveries when necessary Key Responsibilities Operate a curtainside trailer safely in various traffic and weather conditions. Transport and deliver products according to scheduled routes. Strap and secure cargo after each delivery when necessary. Follow company policies, DOT guidelines, and applicable traffic laws. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Attend required safety meetings. Minimum Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience. Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or GED. Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years. Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
