Do you want to work from home and help dentists and small business owners through one of the biggest changes of their lives, and be paid well to do it? Do you like helping families protect their legacy? Do you want full autonomy to focus on results, with no micromanaging?

What you’ll do

• Help dentists review and negotiate associate employment agreements
• Guide buyers into practice ownership and partnerships, and help sellers transition practices they’ve spent years building
• Form small businesses and handle acquisitions for business owners
• Draft estate planning documents and assist with probate matters
• Work directly with clients and take part in negotiations

• You’ll build close relationships with banks, brokers, lenders, consultants, equipment reps, and real estate contacts across the dental industry.
• You'll get to work with families in helping them protect their legacies through estate planning.
• You’ll get training, project management experience, and room to grow as the firm grows.
• You’ll work a 40-hour week during normal business hours, with no late nights or weekends.

Compensation and benefits

• Starting salary of $90,000–$100,000, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
• Health and vision insurance
• 4 weeks of PTO
• Fully remote

Who this is for

You’re licensed in Utah and have 2+ years of experience in business law (small business formation and acquisitions) and/or estate planning. You’d rather close deals than meet court deadlines.

This probably isn’t for you if you want to be in court, need every deal to be completely new, or must be on a partner track.
